Program Leaders
The Heliophysics Summer School is led by two scientists from complementing sub-disciplines within heliophysics. Dr. Karel Schrijver (Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center) and Dr. George Siscoe (Boston University) have defined the summer school teaching program. They are responsible for selecting the school faculty each year and developing the detailed teaching schedule. Production of the resulting textbooks is also part of their responsibility.
